The Virtue is locate near the vibrant University of Wisconsin-Madison campus, Kohl Center, the Capitol Square, and Lake Monona. It offers exceptional apartment housing tailored for individuals keen on living close to all that Madison offers. It will stand six levels above grade, with two levels below-grade parking.

There are 24 self-performed post-tension concrete pours that build the bones of this project. The footprint of levels two through five will extend beyond the footprint of the building above. The façade will be a blend of metal panels, brick, and elegant stone veneer, presenting a modern industrial aesthetic. The roof will feature membrane roofing, and a rooftop mechanical penthouse will sit on the top level of the building. With 140 units, the Virtue will foster a vibrant community.
