This mixed-use project includes a single level of below-grade parking with 82 parking stalls, ensuring ample space for residents and guests. The ground floor will feature inviting spaces like a café and the new Brown County Library, fostering a strong community. The structure is five stories of wood framing atop one, below-ground level of precast concrete. It features a façade that masterfully blends brick, stone, and metal wall panels for a modern yet timeless appearance.
