Johnson Financial Group – West Towne Renovation

Johnson Financial Group opened a new branch near the West Towne Mall in Madison, WI. The City of Madison recommended renovating an existing single-story, drive-through bank rather than fully demolishing the structure. Therefore, Johnson Financial Group planned for an extensive 6,052-square-foot renovation.

While the building’s core structure stayed in tact, much of the property’s roof, interior, and exterior walls were demolished to accommodate the updated design. The interior construction features steel stud framing, which creates a functional layout including a welcoming lobby, service desk, retail banking area, cash bar, six offices, workspaces, a conference room, storage room, janitor’s room, break room, and a upgraded drive-through banking area.
