Foundry on 3rd

The Foundry on 3rd will be a 226,000-square-foot, mixed-use apartment building, being constructed in Wausau, WI. This upcoming six-story development features one level of underground parking, a ground level with 17,500 square feet of steel stud framing for common areas and commercial retail tenant build-outs, and four levels of wood framing.

The building will offer 153 units and 219 bedrooms across the first five floors, complemented by a serene interior courtyard for residents to enjoy. The exterior combines fiber cement siding and brick veneer, ensuring both durability and visual appeal, and an EPDM ballasted roof.

With an expected completion date in September 2025, The Foundry on 3rd is well on its way to serving as a beautiful, new addition to the Wausau community.
