Meadowood Shores Renovation

Meadowood Shores in New Brighton, MN, is a senior living community designed for active seniors aged 62 years and older. This renovation project revitalized the community by transforming 3,199 square feet of underutilized and outdated spaces into modern, inviting areas for residents to enjoy.

The project included the demolition of a three-season porch that is replaced with a new 600-square-foot addition to the dining room, as well as extensive upgrades throughout the dining room, kitchen, fitness room, and first-floor community room. Prior to these improvements, the 24-year-old, four-story living community held darker, underutilized and less functional areas.

The primary goal of the project was to enhance functionality and elevate the resident experience, all while ensuring minimal disruption to the lives of those residing in the community during the renovations.
