Mill on Main

Located along the scenic Fox River in Oshkosh’s historic Sawdust District, The Mill on Main is an exciting mixed-use development currently taking shape. When complete, it will feature 114 apartments spread across four levels of wood-framed construction, complemented by first-floor parking and three commercial spaces. The project also includes an additional level of underground parking.

The exterior combines a striking blend of brick and cement siding. A standout feature of The Mill on Main is its standalone clubhouse, which will offer an array of amenities, including an in-ground pool and spa. Inside the clubhouse, there will be a fitness center, yoga room and golf simulator.

The Mill on Main is on track for a February 2026 completion, marking a significant addition to Oshkosh’s vibrant Sawdust District.
