The Minnetonka Station apartments boldly sit in the Opus Business Park, within the Opus Park neighborhood of Minnetonka, MN.  The large, 317, 017 square foot luxury apartment building holds 275 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units, including townhomes.

The apartments are positioned amidst several one-level office buildings and surface parking lots, and proudly boast beautiful, bright orange fiber cement siding sections that extend out from the rest of the building. It is a bold gem embracing the industrial area, while adding a unique flavor with and artist’s painting covering the concrete block exterior.

The E-shaped structure creates two, second-level courtyards which include an outdoor pool, sitting and dining areas, grills and more. Other amenities include a clubhouse and remote work offices. Each unit features large, energy-efficient windows, quartz countertops, wood-style plank floors for elegance and durability, as well as balconies for access to the outdoors from every unit.

During a time of significant housing shortages in the Twin Cities, the Minnetonka Station project distinctively repurposed a commercial area that contained aging buildings and surface parking lots for residential use. Demolishing an abandoned daycare and office building made room for the remarkable apartments, including 28 units that are designated as affordable.
