New Perspective

The New Perspective senior living building is a three-story wood-framed structure with 103 independent and assisted living units as well as a single-story, wood-framed structure with 36 memory care units. An underground parking garage is also a part of the construction.

The structure was built using concrete foots, cast-in-place foundations, precast concrete, wood studs and trusses, brick and stone veneer, fiber cement board, an asphalt shingle roof and an EPDM membrane roof.
