The New Perspective Arden Hills Senior Living residences feature both assisted living and memory care units in an expansive luxury community.

The four-story wood framed structure has 114 independent/assisted living one-and two-bedroom units connected to a vast number of amenities and unique building structures for a diverse living experience. High ceilings, expansive windows and an octagonal turret sitting room with fireplace provides a warm and home-like environment.

Residents and guests enter a lobby with stone floors, high ceilings, a waterfall wall, and warm sitting area with fireplace. Amenities include a cinema with terraced seating, chapel with vaulted ceilings, bar and café, dining room, library, indoor pool, outdoor shuffleboard and sitting area, underground parking and more.

The community also houses 31 memory care units in the one-story wood framed structure that is connected to the assisted living community.

New Perspectives Arden Hills’ foundation is constructed of concrete and precast concrete panel and the exterior features brick and stone veneer, fiber cement siding and a combination of asphalt shingles and EPDM membrane roof.
