Revelry

Revelry is a five-story apartment complex located off the Beltline Highway on the southwest side of Madison, WI. This modern residence features 191 units and 99 underground parking spaces. The building’s structure combines post-tension concrete with five levels of wood framing.

A distinctive feature of Revelry is its innovative use of underground storm chambers. Instead of traditional retention ponds, large plastic domes are installed beneath the parking lots, effectively managing stormwater and maximizing land use.
