State Street Campus Garage

Stevens Construction Corp. is currently working on the State Street Campus Garage in Madison, WI near State Street and the UW-Madison campus. The project began with the demolition of an existing parking structure. We are now constructing a new 7-story parking garage.

This structure, built using post-tension concrete, will provide 79 parking spaces to the downtown community. Additionally, the project includes an intercity bus terminal and a “gray box” space, designed for future build-out by a private developer during the final stages of construction.

Stevens anticipates completing this phase of the project in spring 2025, turning it over to a private developer for the next phase of development at that time.
