The Arden is an 11-story, mixed-use building with a three-story connected parking garage located within the historic Tenney-Lapham neighborhood in Madison, WI. The apartment community features 126 luxury apartments, 47,443 sq ft of office/commercial space and 295 parking stalls.

Amenities include a lobby coffee station, third floor garden plaza, heated garage, dog washing room, indoor loading dock and a community lounge and fitness center on the eleventh floor. The nearly 6,000 square-feet outdoor rooftop terrace includes an outdoor bar, fireplace, pergola and grilling stations.

Noteworthy environmental features of this project include solar panels across the entirety of the building’s roof as well as rooftop green space for storm-water retention.
