Stevens Construction’s team was involved from the beginning on this development and was instrumental in helping FOG with the many challenges in order to transfo1m the old office building site into a 53-unit luxury apartment building with first floor retail. Despite the project challenges, Stevens Construction was able to maintain an efficient schedule and deliver the project on time, thanks to the efforts of their team.
