The Lux

One of the challenges Stevens Construction had to overcome with constructing The Lux was helping facilitate the installation of the largest automated mechanical valet parking system in the United States. They had to put in extra hours to educate themselves on what this new parking system entailed since it was the first of its kind in the Midwest. Everyone within Stevens Construction from the top down, played a significant role in making sure the building was delivered on-time and made the development process an enjoyable experience.
