The Symphony

The Symphony is the first building in the 25-acre, multi-phase development project called OneNorth, located near the Lake Michigan shores in Bayside, WI. This 196,375-square-foot, mixed-use building stands five stories tall, with four levels of wood framing atop two levels of post-tension concrete. It offers 98 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. The underground parking area includes 100 parking stalls, with additional surface parking available.

The Symphony features 24,000 square feet of commercial space dedicated to the future North Shore Library, along with 6,400 square feet of additional commercial space still available for tenants. The building’s exterior is designed with a modern combination of gray and blonde brick, dark gray metal panels, and a pop of color from VintageWood Nichiha siding.

Amenities include a clubroom, outdoor patio with grilling stations, co-working spaces, fitness center, cold storage, and a spacious green area for community events. The Symphony also supports sustainable living with five EV chargers, pervious pavers, and an expansive green space that sits above a 700,000-gallon StormTrap water retention system.
