The Tradition at Smoky’s Club

Located in Madison’s Hilldale neighborhood, The Tradition at Smoky’s Club is a five-story, 59-unit mixed-use complex that stands proudly where the once-vibrant and adored Smoky’s Supper Club served the community for nearly 70 years.

The supper club’s rich history is preserved and celebrated throughout the building, with common spaces adorned with nostalgic photos from its colorful past.

The Tradition at Smoky’s Club features two levels of precast concrete slabs, which houses 62 underground and partial first-floor parking stalls. The four levels of residential apartments above are constructed of wood frames with a brick and Hardie siding exterior.
