Standing six stories tall, the venue adds new dimension to the landscape of downtown Chanhassen, MN.

The building is comprised of one level of precast and five stories of wood. It is mixed use with 134 residential units above an Aldi grocery store.

Amenities include three separate entertainment spaces, each with a unique feature: 1) a rooftop sky deck, 2) a golf simulator and 3) a main floor entertainment space with pool tables, game tables and more. The building also has a large fitness center, coffee lounge and bike storage room.
