Village Shores Renovation

Stevens completed a major renovation of the well-established Village Shores senior community located above an established mini mall in the heart of Richfield, MN.

The renovation expanded the unit type and care choices from being solely an independent living offering to also include assisted living and care suites.

The project also provided several new amenity and apartment updates. Amenities include a main restaurant and a bistro café, wellness center, hair salon and indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.

The building construction includes ten stories of post-tension concrete above a medical clinic on the ground floor.
