Being built near the vibrant heart of University of Wisconsin – Madison, The Virtue will offer exceptional apartment housing tailored for local college students. It will stand six levels above grade, with two levels below grade parking, a striking addition to the city’s skyline.

There are 24 self-performed post-tension concrete pours that build the bones of this project. The footprint of levels 2 through 5 will extend beyond the footprint of the building above. The façade will be a blend of metal panels, brick, and elegant stone veneer, presenting a modern industrial aesthetic. The roof will feature membrane roofing, and a rooftop mechanical penthouse will sit on the top level of the building. With 140 units comprising 213 bedrooms, the Virtue will foster a vibrant community.
