X-01

The X-01 is a student living apartment building located in the heart of the University of Wisconsin-Madison west campus area near classes, the Kohl Center, Camp Randall Stadium and State Street. The site was formerly occupied by the St. Francis House and Episcopal Student Center. The project involved creating two separate parcels, preserving the original St. Francis House and relocating it on-site. The 8-story, 122,906 square foot post-tensioned concrete structure has 79 units, with a large main level common area and 2 levels of underground parking.
